Orlando Sentinel: State funding will be life-changing for adults with autism

The Orlando Sentinel published an op-ed by Jason Eichenholz on $1 million in state appropriation funding that the organization has secured and the impact it will have on families and adults with autism in Central Florida. 

Championed by Rep. Keith Truenow and Sen. Dennis Baxley, Governor Ron DeSantis signed the state appropriation funding in June which will provide critical job training for adults with autism in the field of cellphone, tablet, and laptop repair. In partnership with CTIA, Jonathan’s Landing is creating a first-of-its-kind training curriculum to better serve people with disabilities. Read all about it at the Orlando Sentinel.
