Tim Baker, Founding Principal of Baker Barrios Architects, spearheads strategic growth and performance. He’s a key development partner for the $1-Billion Creative Village in Downtown Orlando, known for public/private partnerships. Tim actively serves on the Orlando Economic Partnership Board, and his nonprofit work focuses on children’s causes, believing in the power of arts and education to uplift the community. He holds a Master of Architecture and Bachelor of Science from The Ohio State University and is a registered architect.
