Techtonic SkillCircuits

Building Pathways to Tech Careers for Neurodiverse Adults

At Jonathan’s Landing Foundation, we’re paving the way for neurodiverse individuals to thrive in the workforce. Hosted through our social enterprise Techtonic, SkillCircuits are 2.5-hour interactive events where students explore the field of device repair. Designed for individuals with autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), and neurodiversites, these hands-on workshops allow participants to assess their interest and skills in device repair and serve as the entryway into the Techtonic Workforce Academy, where students can earn their industry-recognized WISE Certification unlocking a sustainable career in tech.

As more people rely on mobile devices, tablets, and laptops for everyday tasks, the need for qualified repair professionals continues to rise.

About Micro-Credentials

Building Expertise, One Small Step at a Time

Jonathan’s Landing Foundation has developed a Universal Learning Curriculum tailored for neurodiverse learners to achieve their Wise Certification. In partnership with CTIA, this curriculum meets all the requirements for WISE Certification while offering students the opportunity to earn microcredentials. These focus on specialized skills, such as screen replacements, allowing students to make meaningful contributions to the field—even if they choose not to pursue the full certification. By the end of SkillCircuit, students will have earned their first microcredential toward achieving their WISE Certification.
