Repair Ready is the world’s first asynchronous WISE Level 1 preparation course, designed to expand access to industry-recognized certification Delivered through Techtonic’s e-learning platform and rooted in Universal Design for Learning, Repair Ready supports diverse learning styles while preparing participants for real workforce expectations. Along the way, learners earn stackable micro-credentials that recognize skill development, knowledge mastery, and readiness to advance—providing tangible milestones before full certification. Techtonic’s curriculum is formally accepted by CTIA, the nation’s wireless industry association and governing body of the WISE Certification™, the gold standard for mobile device repair technicians.

SkillCircuits are 2.5-hour interactive workshops that introduce students to mobile device repair. Designed to support neurodiverse learners, these experiences spark curiosity and provide early exposure to technical career pathways. Students rotate through interactive stations, gaining practical, real-world insight into the field.

Tech Teardown is a five-hour, hands-on experience that introduces learners to the real tasks, tools, and workflows of a mobile device repair technician. Held at Techtonic and open to the community, participants practice diagnostics, follow structured repair processes, and complete guided tasks in a supportive training environment. This experience helps learners build confidence, understand job expectations, and decide whether to continue deeper into the Techtonic training pathway through certification and advanced training.
